Connectional Table's "Why UMC" Inspires Others

Over the last few weeks we have been sharing the stories of the Connectional Table's members. (We will continue to share the stories as we receive them.) We have asked our members to write about "why UMC?" or "why I choose UMC today." No one is surprised by the very thoughtful remarks we have received so far.

That being said, we also shouldn't be surprised that by asking our members to consider the question that they, too, might ask others what their answer might look like. Virginia's Annual Conference has also asked their staff to reflect on "why UMC?" Hear their stories here.

Are you asking these questions of yourself, family or neighbors? What kinds of responses are you getting?
